Download and install the IMAP Backup on your Windows PC.
Launch the IMAP Backup utility and you will get a window like this.
You need to enter the Email account details.
Select folders from left panel which you want to export.
After that, you will need choose export option in which file format you want backup your emails.
After checking the files, click on Select export options and you will see multiple format options to convert the file. Formats like- Convert to PST, EML, EMLX, MSG, MBOX, TXT, HTML, AND PDF format.
You can choose extract only attachment for downloading your attached files.
After that, select a location for the output file. –
After completing all the steps above, click on the Backup Now button
