  1. Download and install the MBOX Duplicate Remover Software on your Windows PC
  2. After that launch the utility.

  1. You can choose a Input file type as MBOX from the menu on left hand side
  2. You can import a Folder containing MBOX files or you can select a single/multiple MBOX files separately.
  3. Select MBOX file, click on the Browse button to locate from your local storage.

  1. After that, you will get a preview of MBOX files in tree view

  1. You can filter data like Mails, Notes, Journals, Contacts, Calendars and Tasks
  2. You can also Select Duplicate Removing Type- Remove duplicate across all folders or Remove duplicate within each folder.
  3. After that, select a location for the output file.
