We at TrustVare focus on providing client satisfaction with our wide-range of utilities. We provide you full money-back assurance on each TrustVare product. There is no extra amount deduct from our end when you ask for a refund.
Note:Every product comes with a demo version so that you can evaluate the features & features of the software. Try the free version of our tools before buying the full version.
Customer’s Responsibility
You need to make sure you have undergone the given recommendations to make the experience flawless.
- Give a try to the demo editionprior you buy the license version.
- If you encounter any issue, then connect to our support teamand share your issue with them before you request a refund.
- You have to wait for 48 hoursso that we can analyze your issue and fix your issue.
How you can apply for a refund?
Note:Once we receive the valid refund request, it will take around 7 working days to process the refund.
Condition:If the software have been bought from any third party, then this third party will be liable for the refund.
For Refund request:If you need to apply for a refund, first connect with our support team and wait for their response.
After we receive your request, we will start the verification process and if we find the issue legitimate, we will send you the refund amount within 7 working days. We will send the refund amount in the similar mode by which you have bought the product.
Refund Conditions
- The product must be purchased from TrustVare website.
- If you have purchased two similar products, you will get refund for one product.
- Within 30 days from the purchasing date, you can request for a refund.
- If you have purchased the product by mistake and haven’t activated it. We will accept our refund request.
- If you have purchased the product and it is not compatible with the platform you are using. Then, you may ask for a refund.
- After purchase, we sent you the Product ID and Product Key on your provided email address within 15 minutes. Sometimes, you can find this email on the spam folder. Therefore, we suggest you to check the email in the spam or junk folder before contacting us. If you can’t find the email on spam/junk folder, then send an email to us.
Conditions for Cancellation of Refund Request
- If the user has purchased the product without testing the free trial
- We can’t refund your money if you have activated the tool & complete its requirements
- If you ignore our support team guidance, we will not accept the refund request
- If you have completed 40% of the task using it, you are not eligible to apply for a refund.
- In case you have bought the software by mistake and you have applied for a refund before the activation process.
TrustVare will not be responsible for
- The software becomes useless for the customer after using it.
- Interruption in downloading or communication issues
- If the activation credentials or email have been lost by the user
- Delay in processing any request due to weekend
- If the email received is marked as spam by any email client or server
- If you failed to operate the software (you need to contact our support team at support@trustvare.com
